All aboard for a one-day rail excursion into the heart of the Canadian wilderness.
Relax in comfortable coaches or enjoy a bite in full-service dining cars as you are transported on a 114-mile narrated journey over towering trestles, alongside pristine northern lakes and rivers and through the awesome granite rock formations and mixed forests of the Canadian Shield, a land made famous by Canada’s most notable landscape artists – the Group of Seven.
Your tour is highlighted with an hour and a half in beautiful Agawa Canyon Park, where you can enjoy scenic walking trails, cascading waterfalls, a quite picnic lunch beside the Agawa River or climb up over 300 stairs to the breathtaking Lookout, perched 250 feet above the Canyon floor.
During autumn our region offers some of the most spectacular fall colour in North America and we have been a favourite destination for ‘fall leaf peepers’ for decades.
