Kruse Foundation & Museums Where historical treasures offer visitors education, thrills and entertainment. 5634 CR 11A, Auburn, IN 46706
The Dean V. Kruse Foundation celebrates America's heritage by providing the public with an entertaining, educational experience focused on the preservation, exhibition and interpretation of historical treasures. The World War II Victory Museum was established in 1999 through the generosity of its founders, the Kruse Family of Auburn, IN. It contains one of the world’s most impressive collections of artifacts from the Second World War ncluding many rare, and sometimes, the only known surviving example of certain pieces. The Kruse Automotive & Carriage Museum features a variety of vehicles to entertain the whole family. All under one roof, you can enjoy the classic beauty of a Duesenberg and feel an adrenaline rush looking at the aerodynamic lines of an Indy race car. Admire the workmanship and ingenuity of antique carriages and get a close-up look at cars from your television and movie favorites. Finally, you can view one of the world's finest collections of custom hot rods, built by the legendary Carl Casper.
